Shipping & Returns

All materials are supplied for laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary use. Placing a request constitutes acceptance of the policies below and of our Terms of Use.

Order processing

Orders start as a request through the order form. We confirm stock, send a quote, and ship only after payment clears. Requests are usually reviewed within one business day; shipping usually happens one to two business days after payment clears.

Packing and handling

Dry peptide powder stays stable during normal shipping times. We ship in plain, unbranded outer packaging with protective inserts. If a batch needs it, we add insulated packaging with cold packs at no extra cost. Every shipment includes a batch number that matches the published Certificate of Analysis.

Shipping methods and tracking

Domestic orders ship by tracked courier with delivery confirmation. Faster shipping is available on request and quoted separately. Tracking details are emailed once the shipping label is created. Transit times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.

International orders

International shipping is reviewed case by case. The buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for making sure the material can be legally imported, plus all duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs paperwork. We will not undervalue shipments or mislabel contents. Parcels seized, refused, or destroyed by customs are not refunded.

Delivery issues

Report a lost, damaged, or incorrect shipment within 7 days of delivery or the last tracking update. Include your order reference, batch number, and photos of the outer packaging and contents. Confirmed carrier damage or loss will be replaced or credited at our discretion.

Returns

Because these are research materials, we cannot verify their condition once they leave our control. All sales are final and opened or unsealed items cannot be returned. Unopened items we shipped by mistake can be returned within 14 days for replacement or credit, and we pay return shipping. Any return must be approved in writing first; returns sent without approval will be refused.

Refusals and cancellations

A request can be cancelled for free at any time before it ships. We may decline or cancel any request for any reason, including if the intended use is not laboratory research, the destination is restricted, or the research-use agreement has not been accepted.

Storage on arrival

Check your shipment when it arrives and note any problems right away. Dry peptides should be kept sealed at -20 °C and protected from light. Mixed liquid must be refrigerated and handled by qualified people under proper lab conditions.
