By using this website or submitting an order request, you agree to these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this site. We may update these terms at any time. The version posted when you submit a request applies to that request.
Who can use this site
This site is for qualified researchers, labs, institutions, and businesses. You confirm that you are at least 21 years old, legally able to enter a contract, and buying materials for legitimate laboratory research.
Research use only
All products on this website are sold only for laboratory research. They are not drugs, food, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are NOT for human or animal use of any kind — no eating, injecting, applying to skin, or giving to any person or animal. Any such use breaks these terms and is entirely your own risk.
No medical or performance claims
Nothing on this website is medical advice or a claim that a product can treat, cure, prevent, or improve any health or performance condition. Product pages describe identity, form, and paperwork only. References to published studies are for background reading and are not claims about our products.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for making sure your purchase, possession, handling, storage, shipping, use, and disposal of any material follow all laws and rules where you live and at your institution. You must handle materials with proper training, protective gear, and lab controls. If you import, you are responsible for confirming it is legal.
Assumption of risk
Research materials can be hazardous and their effects may not be fully known. You knowingly accept all risk of loss, injury, illness, damage, or death from buying, handling, or using any material, including misuse by you or anyone you transfer it to.
No warranties
Except for the identity and purity stated on the batch-specific Certificate of Analysis, all products and site content are provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Elite Peptide and its owners, employees, agents, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, business, or goodwill, relating to this site or any product supplied. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product that caused the claim.
Release and indemnification
You permanently release Elite Peptide and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, or lawsuits arising from your purchase, handling, use, or misuse of any material. You also agree to cover their costs and defend them against any third-party claim caused by your breaking of these terms, your misuse of any material, or your violation of any law or another person's rights.
Prohibited conduct
You may not resell, relabel, repackage, or distribute any material for human or animal use, misrepresent it as research-use-only, remove or change batch numbers, or use this site for any unlawful activity. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any request at our discretion.
Orders, quotes, and pricing
Submitting an order request is a request for a quote, not a binding order. No contract exists until we issue a quote and confirm acceptance in writing. Quotes are valid for the time stated and depend on availability. Shipping, returns, damages, and cancellations are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these terms.
Documentation
Certificates of Analysis in the COA Library match the batch number on each document and on the product label. COAs describe only the tested batch and do not guarantee suitability for any purpose.
Site content and intellectual property
Content, images, product photos, and branding on this site belong to Elite Peptide and may not be copied, reproduced, scraped, or redistributed without written permission. Third-party names and sequences are used only for identification.
Privacy
Information you submit through order and contact forms is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Do not send confidential or sensitive personal information through these forms.
Severability and governing terms
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed as little as possible, and the rest will remain in full effect. If we do not enforce a provision, that does not mean we waive it. These terms, plus the research-use agreement accepted at order, are the entire agreement between you and Elite Peptide.
